I really enjoyed this project that we had to do. I was able to learn a lot about myself and what Rhetorical Ecology I feel is most prominent in my life. It really made me sit down and think about myself and what I truly think of myself. I thought about so many other rhetorical ecologies, but I truly think that the ecology I picked was the one that suit me the most. While doing this project, I was forced to think in ways that I am not usually used to thinking. I had to think about how I wanted to show the most important parts of New Jersey through a mindmap. This was a new concept that I had never known about until working on the project. It also made me think about how I wanted to express this ecology through colors. I really thought deeply about what we learned about visual rhetoric and how I could use this in my project.
Thanks to all of the things we have learned in class, I was able to do this project very well. We were set up for success when it came to this project. We were allowed to show our projects to other classmates and make it so we were able to take criticism. I feel that everything that we did for working on Project 1 was super helpful. I feel that if we use about the same amount of class time that we used for the first project, then our project two will be great. I think that we used the class time really well and it really helped in making my project better than what it originally was.
