Project 1 Revisions

When I first sat down to make my revisions for Project 1, I thought all of the things that my classmates told me during class. They thought that I should focus more on the design of my project and really lay out how I want to approach this process. My very first draft that I brought to draft was just a bunch of different notes and main ideas that I was thinking about. I sat down in my dorm room while nobody was in my room and just worked on the project. I find it hard sometimes to get the room for myself, but when I do I use this time wisely. I then decided to put on some music and grind out my revisions.

My revisions consisted of my making sure that I had everything I needed to have in my draft. I was reading over the instructions, and making sure that as I went throughout my revision process I was following the instructions at the same time. I wanted to make sure that I included everything that I needed. My first main step of my revisions was converting all of the notes that I had into my online mindmap and making sure that everything would fit throughout the website. I wanted to make sure everything was nice and organized so that anybody that came across my mind map was going to be able to visibly read it and follow it.

Although my mind map is not 100% of the way finished, I realized that it was just a draft and it did not have to be all of the way finished. One way that I do rough drafts is that I do not finish it 100% of the way. I like to leave somethings missing from the final project. I like to make sure that the things I have done are perfect before I decide to add more. I still have an exact idea on what I am going to do for the missing parts of my project, I am just waiting to include those in my mind map.
